Laura is on the move. Again.
She's had a fascinating and challenging time back in the land of Oz. While the recession has hit so many so hard around the globe, Australia had ridden the wave rather well. Thus far.
In the words of the divine critic David Stratton, it's been an 'annus mirabilis' for Aussie filmmaking and filmmakers. The Melbourne International Film Festival was top quality and such fun to work at.
Following her stint at the Jaipur Literature Festival, Laura was inspired to get back to her first love - writing. Hopefully more on this soon as she's been working hard.
